• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation. We are not responsible for any costs or consequences resulting from inadequate documentation.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries you visit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to meet these requirements.

Octopus Travels acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the acts or omissions of third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or other events that make it impossible or impractical to provide our services.
